Product info & Care: 

• Rocks should be brought indoors during the freezing months as they could absorb moisture and crack.

• Dishes are all Food & Dishwasher safe.

Customizing: If you would like your ornaments personalized, type in the customization into the [custom text box] when choosing your item.

Please enter in your text exactly how you'd like us to write it. Ex. ALL CAPS, all lowercase, UPPER & lowercase.

Ship Time:  Most of our items are in stock and will ship out within a couple of days.  If an item is out of stock, it may take up to two weeks to ship your order. If it is going to take more than a week to ship your package, we will send you an email letting you know.

Returns:  Any items that are not customized may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. If an item is received broken or customization is incorrect, please send us a picture of that item for a replacement piece or a full refund.

International:  International orders are only available by request. Please send us an email with your physical mailing address and the items that you are interested in and we will send you an estimated shipping total.
