Most orders will ship within 3 days.

If it looks like it is going to take more than a week to get your order out, we will let you know of the delay. Also, please keep in mind that Christmas is a very busy time of year for us and the Post Office. 

Please allow ample time for your orders to get to you in time.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once your order is scanned by the Post office or UPS, any delays are out of our hands.

You can track your order with the tracking number that was emailed to you upon time of shipment.

If you don't see the email, you can go back to your account or original order to look this up.

If you need any help finding the tracking # or have any additional concerns, please call or message us.

If shipping time is critical for you, please message us to let us know.

We'll try our best to get it out right away or we'll get back to you with the expected ship date.

MY PURCHASE IS A GIFT

Each item has a  [GIFT NOTE BOX]  where you can type in a message to your recipient.

If you want to ship multiple gifts to multiple people, you will need to place a new order for each new shipping address.

If you decide that you want to send a note or make a change after you've already purchased an item, please message us and we'll link up your request with your purchase. If we can't accommodate you, we'll let you know.

RETURNS

If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, let us know within 3 weeks.

You may return your product for a full refund or item replacement.
